Helping You Build a Future in Canada
Are you an experienced caregiver dreaming of living and working in Canada? Through Canada’s Home Support Worker Pilot, there’s a clear path to becoming a permanent resident — and we’re here to help you every step of the way.
What Is the Home Support Worker Pilot?
The Home Support Worker Pilot is a Canadian immigration program designed for caregivers who want to provide care to seniors, people with disabilities, or those needing help in private homes.
With the proper support, you could:
- Live and work in Canada
- Bring your spouse or partner and dependent children
- Apply for permanent residence after gaining the required work experience
How We Help You
We make your journey smoother by offering:
- Eligibility assessments: Know if you qualify before you apply
- Job offer guidance: Help finding and verifying genuine job offers in Canada
- Document preparation & review: From resumes to application forms
- Language & credential advice: Guidance on meeting education and language requirements
- Open work permit applications: So you can start working in Canada while your PR application is in process
- Support for family applications: Including spouse open work permits and study permits for children
- Ongoing updates: Stay informed about changes to quotas, policies, and deadlines
Who Can Apply?
To apply under the Home Support Worker Pilot, you must:
- Have a valid, full-time job offer from a Canadian employer (outside Quebec)
- Show language skills at Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4 or higher
- Have at least one year of post-secondary education (or an equivalent credential)
- Be admissible to Canada (no major criminal or medical concerns)
If you don’t yet have Canadian work experience, you could still qualify to come and gain it — and then apply for permanent residence.
Important: Intake Caps & Deadlines
The Home Support Worker Pilot accepts a limited number of applications each year.
We track these deadlines closely so our clients have the best chance to apply before quotas close.
The stream for applicants already in Canada (Workers in Canada) usually opens in January or March each year.
The stream for applicants outside Canada opens later and often fills quickly.
